Renfrew (Ontario) is a very interesting town in Renfrew County in Ontario, Canada's capital region. Situated one hour south of Ottawa in eastern Ontario, Renfrew boasts an excellent economy and is home to numerous historic attractions and museums.

Situated one hour from Toronto, Renfrew has a small town feel to it. The main street is named Riverfront Drive, which meanders along the banks of the river, past many quaint little shops along the way. The most famous attraction is the Royal Canadian Legion building, which dates back to 1917. Visitors will be delighted by the history and by the fact that there is so much to see!

There is a very interesting history to the Renfrew area as well. For instance, there is the Canadian War Museum on Stirling Road, and Renfrocks historic ferryboat docks are located at West Harbour Landing, just across the street from Renfols' downtown core. There is also the Renfols' historical train station, which provides an excellent way to get around if you aren't staying in the downtown area.

Renfols' downtown district is full of business and shopping opportunities, as well as cultural activities such as plays and concerts. If you have time to spare, you can also spend some time wandering through the different businesses in downtown Renfrow. If you are interested in antique shops or art galleries, you should visit the Towne Centre. The Renfols' historic courthouse is located in town, as well as the historic town hall. You can walk into the old Renfols' courthouse and see the beautiful original brickwork on the inside of the building. The Towne Centre and the Renfols' historic courthouse are both open every day.

If you have an interest in history and culture, then you'll want to stop by the Renfols' Museum on Main Street, which is housed in a historic building that was once home to the old Renfols' Court House. This historical museum is very well organized and has many exhibits. to keep your attention, including an exhibit on Renfols' Court House that tells of the town's history through photographs and memorabilia.

The Renfols' historic Old Fire Hall is another great place to visit. There are several indoor and outdoor exhibits that give visitors a chance to tour the old fire hall. The Old Fire Hall features a replica of the actual building and a replica of the original fire extinguisher.
